Indenture of lease by Richard Bentley, abbot of Welbeck Abbey, Nottinghamshire, to Adam Langley of Flintham, Nottinghamshire, of a messuage with a dovecot and all its lands and appurtenances (specified) in the Grange, near Flintham, for 21 years, for annual rent of 34s 4d, paid quarterly.
