Indenture between Thomas Fetekyng and Edith his wife on the one part, and Thomas Ackyhole and Agnes, his wife, on the other part, whereby Fetekyng grants a messuage and garden in West Shalford called 'Brombeldenys' to Ackyhole for life for 2s per year. Witnesses: John Waltham, Nicholas Martyn, Elys Neel, Richard Smyth, Martin Tannar. Dated at Shalford in the first year of Henry VI. Seal.
