Indenture between Robert Lowen of the parish of Chislehurst, husbandman, Agnes Lowen, his wife (daughter of Joan Lecheforde, late sister of one William Gastone and Margaret Come, daughter of Julian Come, another sister of William Gastone), on the one part, and John Estwode of Sundridge [Sondrysshe], Kent, tanner, on the other part. For a certain sum, agreed between the parties, Robert, Agnes, and Margaret have bargained and sold to John Estwode all their lands, tenements, rents and services with appurtenances that are due to them in Sussex and Surrey as daughters and right heirs of Joan Lacheforde and Julyan Come, sisters to the aforenamed William Gaston. All persons currently seised of the land shall continue to be so seised to the use of John Estwode and his heirs. Endorsed with names of witnesses: John Smith, William Sart, John Market, John Boxwolde and John Rowland. 3 seals.
