Indenture between Julyan Morgan of Farnham, Surrey, widow of William Morgan, late of Chilworth, Surrey, on one part, and Sir John Morgan of Chilworth, knight, son and heir of William Morgan, on the other part. Julyan holds for life the messuage, tenement and farm known as Postford in Albury, in the parish of St Martha on the Hill. She grants a lease of this messuage, and tenements called Fulkes, Bridgement, Hayles, Bidlandes and Smythes in East Shalford, Bushey lands in the parish of St Martha, and tenements called Cawbornes in Wonersh, Surrey, to Sir John Morgan from Christmas last for term of forty years at £4 per year. Witnesses: George Duncombe (Dunncumb), Margaret Moseley, Frances Fetherton, and James Smythe. Seal and signature of Julyan Morgan.
