Bond in £50 by Richard Polsted, esquire of Albury, Surrey, to William Morgan, esquire, his heirs, executors, or assigns. Witnesses: William Mose, John Austen, Robert Worsley. To be void if Polsted honours the arbitration decision of Sir Anthony Browne, knight (Viscount Montague), Richard Onsloe, William More, and William Lovelace, esquires, appointed to determine title to certain lands, tenements, woods, waters, and commons, lying in the parish of St Martha, alias Martha Hill, Surrey, now in dispute between the parties. Judgement to be given by 13 February next coming. Seal.
