Indenture between George Duncombe or Duncumb of Shalford, Surrey, gentleman, on the one part, and Sir John Morgan of Chilworth, knight, on the other. Duncombe grants the lease of a messuage, tenement, and farm called Sym or Symon Attwaters in East Shalford, Surrey, with appurtenances, excepting a close of land and pasture of three acres known as Whitmersh in Shalford, all woods, underwoods and trees, and certain liberties to overflow and quarry.
