Indenture whereby Walter, clerk of Burnham Ulph [Norfolk], and Elvina his wife acknowledge holding from William le Veutre of Burnham a cottage with house in Burnham Ulph for an annual rent of 12d. and payment of 2s. yearly to William until the death of Salerna Le Mey, to whom it belonged lately as a dowry, and Geoffrey Esemod her hisband, and 12 d. after their death. Dated at Burnham. Witnesses: John son of Ralph, Richard Popy senior, John Bere, Matthew Baker (Pistor), Giles le Sopere, Andrew Turray, William of Briningham.
