Grant by Richard son of Serlo de Sedgeford (Secheford), with the consent of his wife Constance, to William le Veutre son of Adam de Burnham for a fine of 18s. of an annual rent of 20d. rendered by Reginald, son of Adam de Suttertone (Sutterthune), on condition that if he was unable to pay the rent, it would be paid from other rents or from the lands in the town of Sedgeford [Norfolk].
