Description

Indenture between Richard Hoo of Scarning, Norfolk, gentleman, and Thomas Hoo of Burnham Overy, his son in consequence of an indenture of enfeoffment dated 12 November 1561 by Richard Hoo to John Pagrave of the manor of Barries and its appurtenances for 23 years, releasing to Thomas in tail male this estate for the rest of the lease for £16.
