Quitclaim and release by Simon Veautre, son and heir of John Veautre to Richard Athellbald of South Creake, John Payn of Helhougton, esquire, Nicholas atte Chirche of North Barsham, Edmund Godfrey and John Notyngham of South Creake, of the manor of Burnham called Vewters (Veautres) with all lands and tenements in appurtenances in Burnham St Clement [Burnham Overy], Burnham Thorpe, Burnham Sutton, Burnham Ulph, Burnham St Andrew, Burnham St Edmund, Burnham Westgate, Burnham Norton, [Burnham] Deepdale, Holkham, North Creake, Wighton, Warham, Wells, Quarles (Wharles) and Thursford [Norfolk]. Witnesses: William de Calthorpe, knight, John Altelo, Thomas Bron, John Goldale, John Hayward of Burnham and others. Dated at Burnham St Clement. Seal of Simon Veautre.
