Quitclaim by Simon de Snetterton to Nicholas Bretoun of South Creake, Norfolk, of all the lands etc purchased from Simon Veautre except the rent, homage and service due from Simon Veautre of Burnham, Norfolk, and his ancestors to Simon de Snetterton's ancestors. Dated at Burnham, with seal of Simon de Snetterton.

Witnesses: Sir Oliver de Calthorp, Sir Edmund de Reynham, John Neel and others.
