Description

Final concord between William Roper, John Willyams and John Mershe, mercer, querents and Thomas Gyggs and Edward Gyggs, deforciants, of 2 messuages, 60 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow, 30 acres of pasture, 6 acres of wood, 45 acres of marsh, 20 acres of heath and an enclosure in Burnham St. Clements, Burnham Sutton and Burnham Thorp. Deforciants quitclaim to querents, and heirs of William in return for £40. [Counterpart to WARD 2/52/177/122]
