Agreement between Robert, abbot of Wendling, Norfolk and the convent of Wendling, and Roger, son of Alexander of Scarning, Norfolk, concerning the common pasture, fishery and other rights in Wendling and Scarning, following earlier proceedings in a plea of novel dissessin at Norwich, 1290, before William de Gyselham and William de Pakeham, justices. Dated at London.
Witnesses: Sir William de Fransham, Thomas de Wesenham, Thomas de Rutham, John son of William de Rutham, Richard his son, William de Heston, Thomas de Simplingham, Henry le Estrange, Reginald de Gressinghale, Henry de Swanton.
