Description

Grant of William Grome of Burnham St Clements to Thomas Gygge (Giggs or Gygges) of Burnham, John Gygge, son of Thomas, of the same, William Gygge of Burnham Westgate, John Gygge of Wighton (Weyghton), John Gygge son of John Gygge of Wighton, Roger Townsend of Raynham (Reynham Magna) and John Yates of Norwich, of all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, services, closes, liberties etc, in the fields of Burnham St. Clements, aforesaid, and of all rights, liberties and appurtenances in the towns and fields of Burnham St Clements, Burnham Sutton and Burnham Thorp, Norfolk, in Burham St. Clement, Burnham Sutton and Burnham Thorpe, to be held of the chief lord of the fee by the service thence due and right accustomed. Witnessed William Calthorp, Giles Senklowe, esquire, Dionisius Baltone, Thomas Thurlowe, John Porter, Geoffrey Swalowe, Robert Osavute, and others. Dated at Burnham St Clements. Impression of the seal of Grome appended.
