Indenture between Thomas Gygges, citizen and mercer of London, son of John Gygges, citizen and mercer of London, deceased, on one part, and Walter Marsh, citizen and mercer of London, on the other part, whereby Gygges has sold to Marsh, his heirs and assigns, all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, services, closes, liberties etc, in the towns and fields of Burnham St. Clements, Burnham Sutton, and Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk, and all his right title, use, and possession of the same, and all deeds, charters, and titles of the same. Gygges agrees to make an estate in fee simple by fine or recovery to the said Walter before Easter next, under bond of £100 for performance of the same.
Signed by Gygges, with a surviving impression of his signet seal appended.
