Letters of attorney by Thomas Gygges, citizen and mercer of London, confirming that he has granted to Walter Marsh, citizen and mercer of London and John Malyn, citizen and grocer of London, all his messuages, lands, tenements, rents, services, closes, liberties etc, in the towns and fields of Burnham St. Clements, Burnham Sutton, and Burnham Thorpe, Norfolk. Gygges and has appointed William Bottes and Edmund Crome, mercer, to be his attorneys to take full and peaceful possession and seisin of the said lands, etc, and to deliver them to Marsh.
Signed by Thomas Gygges, with a surviving impression of his signet seal appended.
Endorsed with the names of witnesses: John Sander, Thomas Dixe, William Thorloe (Thurlow), Thomas Thorloe, junior, John Brader, John Brodyche, and others.
