Indenture of bargain and sale by John Keyle of East Ham (Estham), Essex, gentleman, to Thomas Gray the younger, citizen and grocer of London, of four messuages with shops, cellars, gardens, void ground and other appurtenances on Martin Lane in the parish of St Olave in London, three of which were held by David Robynson, skinner, and the fourth of which was held by Henry Browne and is occupied by Dego Peris, stranger.
