Indenture of lease by John Beynton, esquire, to Elizabeth Hankyns, Richard Raynold and Agnes Hankyns, of a messuage, 60 acres of arable land, and 4 1/2 acres of meadow, a curtilage called 'Skirlette', 6 acres of arable land, and two pieces of enclosed land called 'Horne Crofte' and 'Le Leyne' in Horton in the parish of Bishop's Canning, (Canynges), Wiltshire, for annual rent of £4 4s in two payments. Dated at Bromham, Wiltshire, with seal of John Beynton.
