Description

Copy of a lease from William Dovell, abbot of Cleeve (Cliva), Somerset, to Barnard Dovell, of a messuage, land and tenements (specified) in Washford and Bilbrook, Somerset, for an annual rent of £6 6s 8d in quarterly payments. Dated in the chapter house [of Cleeve Abbey]. Endorsement of the copy of the lease, signed Edward Lawrence.
