Grant by John Butler (Boteler) of Eaton (Eyton), Leicestershire, to Thomas de Scotyltorp, vicar of the church of Sproxton, Thomas Webster of 'Braunston', chaplain, and Richard Pes of Eaton, chaplain, of the manor of Wolverton (Wlnardyngton), Haye (Le Hay)and Gorcott (Gorcote), Warwickshire, with appurtenances; an advowson of the church of Wolverton; and lands and tenements with appurtenances (specified) in 'Otley', 'Clopphom' and 'Relye', Bedfordshire; Lillington (Lylyngton), Warwick (Warwyke), Norton, Tanworth (Tonworth), 'Clareton' and Langley (Langeley), Warwickshire, for annual rent of 24 portions of grain ('grana frumenti' - fraction of an ounce of grain), paid quarterly. Dated at Sproxton, with seal of John Butler.
