Indenture of lease between by John Kele of East Ham (Estehame), Essex, on one part, to James Gwicherdyn, son of Vincent Gwycherdyn of London, merchant stranger, on the other part, concerning the payment of £300 for the mansion house called 'Grenestrete' with appurtenances in East Ham (Easteham), and 'Grenestrete Parke' in East Ham, and other lands (specified) in West Ham (Westeham), Essex, in return for a 6 year lease, with seal of James Gwicherdyn.
