Indenture of bargain and sale by John Keyle of East Ham in Essex, gentleman, to John Revell, citizen and carpenter of London, and his heirs and assigns, for £45, of a messuage now occupied by Revell, and the reversion thereof, in the parish of St John [the Baptist], Walbrook, London. Referring to Keyle's purchase of the same by bargain and sale from Henry Lawrence of Bridge in Kent, gentleman, 7 November 1557; and a quitclaim to Keyle by Henry and 'Everell' his wife, enrolled in the pleas of the London Hustings, 13 December 1557.
Signed 'John Revell', with one seal attached.
Witnesses: Roger Coys 'and I John Pratt, apprentice of the said scrivener Roger Coys'.
