Grant by Robert Marable of Kirton in Holland [Lincolnshire], son and heir of Alan Marable late of the same, at the instance of Henry Marable his brother, to Thomas Roper of Algarkirk [Lincolnshire], Thomas Grice of the same, and Thomas Honyng of the same, junior, and their heirs and assigns, to the use of Thomas Roper and his heirs and assigns, of (1) a messuage and 4½ acres of land and pasture (locations specified) in Algarkirk (2) 22d. rent issuing from various lands and tenements (specified) in the same. Clause of warranty against Thomas prior of Spalding and his successors, with seal attached.
[Endorsed] Witnesses: Mr. William Delalane, John Knott, Richard Tomson, Robert[?], Thomas Gull and many others.
