Grant by Austin Stratton of 'Kyrketon' ['Kirkton' in Shotley or Kirton in Suffolk], to Henry Halweden of the same, and his heirs and assigns, of (i) a pightle (pitellum) called 'Rowlondis' (location specified with reference to the church-road of 'Thurkelton'[lost, in Kirton or Shotley]) in exchange for a piece of land (specified) in the field called 'le Mellefeld'; (ii) two pieces of land called 'le Wilwys' (specified) in exchange for a piece of land in 'le gorddecrofth' (specified); Henry paying 12d. at Easter and Michaelmas; with clause of distraint.
Dated at 'Kyrketon'.
