Obligation by John Vidian (Videan) of Patrixbourne (Kent), yeoman, Thomas Contrye of Bekesbourne, yeoman, and Thomas Videan of Molash, yeoman, to pay £200 to Richard Fane, gentleman.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of John White, clerk (signed), John Stockes (by his mark). Signed Thomas Country (by his mark), and by John and Thomas Videan (signatures partly missing).
[Endorsed] Condition of the obligation is that if John Videan pays Fane on 9 April 1608 £110, the obligation will be void.
