Indenture witnessing that John Warberton, knight, sheriff of Cheshire, on receipt of a writ from Arthur, Prince of Wales (WARD 2/47/169/19), granted seisin to Robert Devias and Ellen his wife, formerly the wife of John Boydell, of one third (specified) of eight messuages with lands in Lymm, Poole iuxta Nantwich [Wicum Malbanum] and Worleston, Cheshire.
