Writ from Arthur, firstborn son of Henry VII, prince of Wales, duke of Cornwall and earl of Cheshire, to the sheriff of Chester, ordering him, following a judgement of the court of Chester against John son of John de Boydell, to restore full seisin to Robert Devias and Ellen his wife, formerly the wife of John Boydell, of one third of eight messuages in Lymm, Poole near Wicum Malbanum (Nantwich) and Worleston, as her dower.
Dated Chester. Witnesses: Thomas (Stanley), earl of Derby, Sir George Stanley, Lord Strange, son of the earl, justices of Chester.
