Grant by Henry Legh of (High) Legh, esquire, to Geoffrey Boydell of Lymm, of all his property in Aston iuxta Mondrem and Worleston, both in Cheshire, of which he had been enfeoffed, along with the late William Pole, by Agnes widow of John Boydell, with a reversion to Agnes and her heirs if Geoffrey dies without a legitimate heir of his body.
