Description

Grant by John Roberd, son and heir of John Roberd of Benenden, Kent, and Isabelle, widow of John Robert, senior, to Thomas Morleyn of Benenden and Beatrice his wife, of a messuage, garden, and seven pieces of wood and lands in the parishes of Benenden and Biddenden (Kent), called 'Berncroft', 'Le Meed', 'Feldabovethehouse', 'Le Hoth', 'Grof atte Rydden', 'Wolvynham', and an unnamed plot. Dated at Beneden, fragment of a seal.

Witnesses: Robert Stace, John Asketyn, Robert Bishopinden, Robert Andrew, Richard More and many others.
