Agreement between Richard, son of Richard of Sworton, Cheshire, and Isabelle his mother, on the one part, and Henry de Anyers, on the other part, by which Richard and Isabelle lease land in Sworton (location specified) to Henry, his wife and his son Robert, for 30 years beginning at Pentecost 1313, at the rent of 7s. a year for the first two years, and 8s. annually after that.
