Quitclaim by Richard Deneys of Misterton (Mynstertun), [Leicestershire], and Lecya his wife, to John Owyn of Poultney (Pulteneye), [Leicestershire], of all their rights in a toft with a croft which was held by Robert le Coyne (excepting the quarter part held by Thomas de Esseby), and all lands which Richard had of the gift of Robert le Coyne or by the escheat of the predecessors of Adam Baldewyn, by the right of Emma, formerly his wife, in exchange for a rood of arable land, one quarter of wheat, half a quarter of barley and two bushels of oats.
