Grant by Edward Weldon of East Peckham, Kent, to Michael Weldon, his son, of all his estate and interest in a tenement next to the close where Colney Chapel formerly stood, and closes called 'Saryshill', 'Somerydge' and 'Tenne acres', all in the parish of Shenleybury alias Shenley, Hertfordshire, granted to him by Michael Pultney, son and heir of Francis Pulteney, late of Misterton, Leicestershire, esquire, by an indenture dated 9 April 1566.
Witness: Thomas Peeke, apprentice to Andrew Palmer, scrivener.
