Indented grant by John de Pulteney, knight, and John Koc, rector of a moiety of the church of Misterton (Mynsterton), [Leicestershire], to William Palmer of East Carlton (Carleton), Northamptonshire, William Babynton, Edmund Bybisworth, John Fray, under-sheriff of London, Thomas Pegg of Wigston, [Leicestershire], John Dawners, esquire, and Thomas Erneys of Misterton, of their manors of Misterton and Poultney (Pulteney) with half the advowson of Misterton, and all their lands and tenements in Misterton, Poultney, Walcote, North Kilworth, South Kilworth, Walton, Kimcote (Kylmyndecote), Shawell (Shathewell) with the advowson of its church, and Dadlington, all in Leicestershire, Napton in Warwickshire, Welford in Northamptonshire, and the manor of Shenley with the advowsons of the church of Shenley and the chantry of Colney, Hertfordshire.

Witnesses: John Jaunvyle of Walton, [in Kimcote, Leicestershire], John Wover of Walton, William Belgrave of North Kilworth, John Waver of South Kilworth, Richard Deken [Deacon] of Poultney, and many others.

Dated at Misterton.
