Final concord, made at Westminster in the quindene of Hilary 20 Edw. III, between William Owayn of Poultney (Pulteneye), querent, and Robert Owayn of the same, deforciant, concerning two messuages and five virgates of land with their appurtenances in Poultney, [Leicestershire]. Roberts acknowledges that the tenement belongs to William, and William grants it to Robert at a yearly rent of £10 to be paid to William at Michaelmas, and a rose to be paid to William's heirs at the Nativity of St John the Baptist.
