The beneficiaries include the abbess and convent of St Edith at Polesworth (Pollesworthe), the prioress and convent of the Holy Trinity of Markyate, [Hertfordshire], the abbess and convent of Syon, the church St Peter of Kingsbury (Kynnesbury), [Warwickshire], the guild of Mancetter (Mancestre), Elizabeth Waldyve, her niece, Agnes Alcep, her servant, and John Wyllenhale, her nephew. Executors: John Wyllenhale and John Coteler of Solihull. Supervisor: Thomas Wenloke, vicar of Kingsbury.
Witnessed by William Calaway, parochial priest of Kingsbury, Thomas Coton and others. On dorse: Proved by Philip Agard, commissary and vicar-general of the diocese of Coventry and Lichfield, on 31 January 1503.
