Indenture between Thomas Waldyene and John Waldyene, administrators of the goods and chattels formerly of Robert Willenhale, who died intestate, on the one part, and John Smyth of Coventry, [Warwickshire], on the other part, testifying that all the lands and tenements Robert Willenhale had in Canley from the gift of John Sharpe of Coventry and Elizabeth his wife, from 29 Sep last past until the end of a term of 16 years, were demised by Thomas and John Waldyene to Robert and Elizabeth. This lease will begin at Michaelmas 1459 and last until the said 16 years are over.
