Grant, for the sum of 18 marks of silver, by William, son of Richard de Midelton of Bisbrooke (Bissebrok), to William de Cotes, son of Roger de Honyngham, of fealty and a rent of 18s owed by Henry, son of James de Parva Esseby, for a messuage and one virgate of land in Ashby Parva (Parva Essebi), [Leicestershire].

Witnessed by Thomas, son of Nicholas de Esseby, Roger de Honyngham, Roger le Warde of Leire (Leyre) and Thomas Godefrey of the same.
