Quitclaim by Robert, son of Nicholas Willy of Ashby Parva (Parva Ehssheby), to William de Cotes, of any right he had on all the lands and tenements, which were held by Hugh de Bascote for life, in Ashby Parva, [Leicestershire].

Witnessed by Roger le Wylde, Robert Haul, Richard de Claybrok, Hugh le Smale, Adam Parsonesone, William le Warde and Robert Godefrey.

Seal. Contains the seal of Thomas Alien, apparently misplaced.
