Grant by Thomas le Clerk of Rodmersham (Rudmersham) and Agatha de Tillemanestane, his wife, to Margaret de Penecester of lands in Horsmonden (Horsmondenne), [Kent], which Agatha inherited from her brother Roger de Tillemaneston and her sisters Maud and Florence, except for three acres of land, which John de Cornhulle holds, and a yearly rent of 21d paid by Peter de Beggebrok.
