Grant by Thomas le Clerk of Rodmersham (Rudmersham) and Agatha de Tillemanestane, his wife, to Margaret de Penecester of lands in Horsmonden (Horsmondenne), [Kent], which Agatha inherited from her brother Roger de Tillemaneston and her sisters Maud and Florence, except for three acres of land, which John de Cornhulle holds, and a yearly rent of 21d paid by Peter de Beggebrok.
Witnessed by Thomas de Insula, Stephen de Cosinton, Henry de Cobeham, knights, William de Culverdenne, Robert de Cnolle, Thomas Roland, William de Polle, Martin de Chericote, Richard Thomas, Henry Paris, Theobald le Vale, John Seriaunt and others. One seal broken, one missing.
