Indenture of covenant between Stephen de Penecestre and Robert de Terring, rector of the church of Penshurst (Penecestre), [Kent], by which Robert de Terring remises and grants to Stephen de Penecestre a yearly rent of 2s emerging from a tenement at 'Algaresdenn' called 'Petitpundesland' in the parish of Penshurst, in exchange for a yearly rent of 2s from a tenement [details given] in 'Havedenn' in the same parish.
