Description

Grant by Maud, daughter of Adam de Hepsbroke, for 10 marks and 40d, to Stephen of Penecestre and Rose his wife, of an island called 'Sixakeres' in the parish of Penshurst (Penesherst), [Kent], at a yearly rent of a pair of white gloves (worth 1d) or of 1d.
