Description

Final concord, made at Westminster in the quindene after the day of St Martin 13 Edw. III, and afterwards recorded on the octave of St John the Baptist 14 Edw. III, for £80, between Sir John de Pulteneye, querent, and Sir Philip de Columbers and Eleanor his wife, deforciants, concerning the manors of Penshurst and Ensfield (Yenesfeld), a rent of £28 pounds in Allington (Alyngton), Aylesford, Boxley, Ditton (Dytton), Maidstone (Maydestan), East Malling (Estmallyng), Barming (Barmlynge), Offham, Tunstall, Bredgar (Bradegare), Milsted, Borden (Bordenne), Upchurch (Uppecherche), Sittingbourne (Sydyngbourn), Elmley (Elmelee), Tonge, Iwade, Leysdown and Eastchurch (Eastcherche on the Isle of Shepeye), Kent, and the manor of Poplar (Popeler), Middlesex.
