Grant, for 10 marks of silver, by William, son of Richard de Ashby Parva (Parva Esseby), to Nicholas de Burbache, clerk, of one virgate of land in Sharnford (Sharneford), [Leicestershire], with a toft and croft, meadow, pasture and appurtenances, at a yearly rent of a half-penny.

Witnessed by Sir Robert de Flaunville, William de Stoke, Richard de Shulton, clerk, Ralph de Merston, Robert de Burbache, cook, Thomas Gunfrey of Leicester, John de Tybeham and others.
