Description

Indenture by Henry le Mareschal of Cotesbach (Cotisbech) and Avice his wife, stating a demise to Thomas de Esseby and Agnes his wife of a toft in Poultney (Pulteneie) and five and a half acres and one rood of land [details given] and common of pasture in Poultney, [Leicestershire], for a term of 13 years, for the sum of 40s of silver.

Witnessed by William Purfrey of Misterton (Minsterton), Robert de Okonere of the same, Adam Nel of Poultney, Robert de Stormwrth of the same, John Owyne of the same and others.
