Sale, indented, by Thomas Humphrey of Bovingdon, Hertfordshire, to Erasmus Cooke, vicar of the parish church of St Michael near St Albans, Hertfordshire, John Fyske of Laxfield, Suffolk, William Fyske of Mendham, Suffolk, and George Harryson of Weston, Suffolk, for £640, of the mansion house called Colney Chapel or Broad Colney Chapel in Shenley, Hertfordshire, with appurtenances, except a parcel of pasture called Someridge, in the occupation of Henry Hull, yeoman. Witnesses: Henry Frowyk, John Crosbye, Nathaniel Axtell, William Emont, Henry Frowyk junior and Thomas Webster.
