A grant of a tenement next to Colney Chapel and parcels of land called Sarishill, Someridge and Ten Acres in Shenley, Hertfordshire, alongside an assignment of a lease of the parsonage and rectory of Shenley, to be void in case of payment by Edward Weldon of £134 13s 8p. Witness: Thomas Briggs apprentice to William Dawtrey, public notary.
