Indenture between Michael Pulteney of Misterton, Leicestershire, and Katherine his wife on the first part, and John Taylier alias Wright of Gilmorton (Gildmorton), Leicestershire, carpenter, on the other part, stating the lease to John Taylier alias Wright of a water-mill and windmill now built within the lordship of Misterton, and one mare, horse, nag or gelding pasture in Misterton, and a meadow in 'Sharpill', for the term of 21 years, paying 12 quarters of wheat and rye per year.
