Indenture between Gabriel Poultenye of Misterton, Leicestershire, and Thomas Sextone of Lutterworth, Leicestershire, tailor, stating the lease to Thomas Sexton of a cottage, house and garden in Lutterworth on the west side of the high street, now in the tenure of John Sextone, father of the said Thomas, for the term of 21 years, after the death of Lady Catherine, wife of Michael Poultenye, deceased, at the yearly rent of 13s 4d. Missing seal.
