Grant by John Waldieve to John Willughby, Edward Willughby, William Catesby, Edward Littilton, Francis Slade and Nicholas Lisle, of lands [named] in the parish of Kingsbury (Kynnesburye), [Warwickshire], formerly of Thomas Waldieve, his uncle, to the use of the said John Waldieve and Margaret his wife and the heirs of the said John Waldieve in tail, with successive remainders to Joyce Waldieve, daughter of Nicholas Waldieve, father of the said John, in tail, to John Willynhalle, and to the right heirs of the said John Waldieve. Appointment by John Waldieve of Thomas Starky and William Oldys as his attorneys.
Witnesses: Sir Henry Willughby, Sir Edward Belknape, Ralph Swillyngton, recorder of the city of Coventry, Baldwin Portar, Leonard Slade and others. On dorse: A feoffment made according to the award of Master Belknap and Ralph Swlyngton.
