Indenture between Sir Henry Darcye of Leighton Bromswold, Huntingdonshire, and Dame Katherine his wife on the first part, and Thomas Langton of Walcote, Leicestershire, yeoman, on the other part, stating the lease to the said Thomas Langton of a toft and messuage newly built, with a barn, orchard and lands [details given] in Walcote, and a meadow called 'Pyphlinge' in Misterton, for the term of 40 years at the yearly rent of 26s 8d.
